  • How long is the warranty period and what is covered under warranty?
    The warranty period for all IROAS watches are 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty will cover manufacturing defects and the movement itself. However the warranty does not cover any external damages to the watch ie scratches, cracked glass, dents on the case and crown, or general wear and tear.
  • What are your shipping and return policy?
    We will ship our products within 3 working days upon payment, our primary shipping agent is Fedex and DHL depending on region. To return kindly contact customer service for further instructions. We only accept returns within 14-days of receiving the product. A 20% re-stocking fee will be deducted from the sale price. Note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.
  • Do you ship to my country? What about VAT or import duties?
    We will ship globally, provided the area is covered by our shipping agent Fedex and DHL. VAT and all import duties are excluded from the sale price, it is the buyer's responsibility to pay.
